I have been fascinated by computers and technology since I was a child. I had my first PC when I was about eight years old. It was an IBM Portable PC 5155.

Although my training initially took me in a different direction, my path inevitably led me into IT. In 2016, I founded my own IT manufacturing company to turn my passion into a profession on the side.

I have been fully self-employed since summer 2024 and I enjoy the diversity in my clientele and freedom in life.

My fields of activity are wide-ranging.

Yoga

I have also been a certified yoga teacher since November 2023. I particularly like pranayama and yoga nidra. More on this later;-)

After this training, it was clear that I would become fully self-employed. I left my permanent position at the end of July 2024. In autumn 2024, I also continued my yoga training and am now allowed to use the RYT500 logo.

Languages

German is my mother tongue. I am business fluent in English and with a little routine I also speak French and Spanish.

I used to be fluent in perl, which is probably a bit rusty by now;-)

I am convinced that non-violent communication according to Rosenberg has the potential to save our society. It offers convincing methods and concepts for understanding the yamas and niyamas and other areas of the yoga universe. Above all, NVC gives us access to the fundamental language of all living beings: Feelings, emotions and needs.
